Mindfulness courses for stress reduction

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Courses (MBSR) are now being run worldwide within organisations to reduce staff stress,  increase morale and promote good working relationships between colleagues. 


Dr Leah Callebaut can deliver John Kabat Zinn's gold standard MBSR course for your organisation and tailored to the needs and expertise of your staff. These courses can be delivered in house or off site and in a variety of formats depending on your preferences. To cover the full programme, you can opt for 8 weekly meetings (each 2 hours), 4 fortnightly meetings (each 4 hours) or 2 full day meetings (one day per month across a 2 month period).
