Dr Leah Callebaut runs the gold-standard 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course in Cheltenham. The 8-week mindfulness course is an effective and evidence-based intervention for managing stress, chronic pain, anxiety and depression and maximising resilience, happiness and wellbeing.
Also available is a new 6-week Compassionate Mind Training (CMT) course, proven to reduce self-criticism and psychological distress, and increase feelings of self-kindness and connection within relationships.
Leah runs guided weekend retreat days in Cheltenham and the surrounding area, aimed at increasing self-compassion and mindfulness skills and allowing an opportunity for some rest and rejuvenation.
All courses and retreat days are suitable for beginners to mindfulness and those who have an established practice.
As a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, Dr Leah Callebaut offers one-to-one psychological therapy (including EMDR for trauma) in Cheltenham. Face-to-face and online appointments are available.
