Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel of HEAL.FEEL.CONNECT. LTD, including Dr Leah Callebaut.

To ensure continuity of care, one named Clinical Psychologist acts as a clinical trustee. In the unlikely event that Dr Leah Callebaut becomes unable to contact clients due to serious illness or incapacity, the trustee may access your contact information solely to notify you. They are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are bound by the same professional duties of confidentiality.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary.

• Enquiry  emails and contact information from individuals who do not become clients  are normally retained for up to 12 months, after which they are securely deleted.
• If you become a client of HEAL.FEEL.CONNECT. LTD, retention periods are explained within a separate Client Data Handling Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
