We may collect and process the following personal data:

• Contact information (such as your name, email address, and phone number) when      you contact me via email or a contact form.
• Enquiry details (any information you choose to include in your message).
• Technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and basic website usage data).

Please note: We do not intentionally collect sensitive health or clinical information through this website.

We use your personal data to:

• Respond      to your enquiries.
• Communicate      with you about potential appointments.
• Keep      in touch about key updates and offers. 

If you become a client, your personal data will be processed in accordance with a separate, more detailed client privacy notice.

Under the UK GDPR, the lawful bases I rely on are:

• Legitimate      interests – to respond to enquiries and manage communications.
• Contract     – where steps are taken at your request prior to entering into a      therapeutic agreement.
• Consent     – in relation to the use of non-essential cookies (see Section 10)

4. Special category data

I ask that you do not include detailed sensitive or clinical information in initial contact emails or within contact forms. If such information is provided, it will be handled confidentially.

5. How your data is stored and protected

Your data is stored securely using password-protected systems.

• Email      communications are handled via Google LLC (Gmail), GoDaddy and Writeupp.
• This      website, it’s contact forms, and Heal.Feel.Connect.’s subscriber mailing      list and marketing emails are hosted by GoDaddy. 
• Writeupp      is used to store your initial contact information (name, email address,      phone number) for the purpose of communicating with you about potential      services and appointments. 

We take appropriate steps to protect your data and access to your data is restricted to Dr Leah Callebaut as the data controller, along with one named clinical trustee. In the unlikely event of Dr Leah Callebaut becoming too ill to work and unable to contact you herself, a named clinical trustee would be able to access your contact information in order to let you know. This person is also a Clinical Psychologist and a member of the HCPC and would keep your information confidential.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

• Non-client      enquiry emails and contact data are typically retained for up to [6–12      months] if there is no further engagement, after which it is securely      deleted. 
• If      you become a client of Heal.Feel.Connect’s services, retention periods      will be outlined in the seperate client privacy notice.

7. Sharing your information

I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be processed by trusted service providers necessary to operate my practice (such as email and website hosting providers), who act as data processors.

8. International data transfers

Some service providers (such as Google LLC) may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place in line with data protection law.

9. Cookies

This website uses cookies to improve user experience and understand how the site is used.
